There's usually one task quietly eating your week, the thing you keep meaning to fix and never get to. I build the system that takes it off your plate for good, so it runs without you.
Built to leave you better off, not dependent on me.
You own the deliverable, yours to keep and run without me.
I'd rather tell you something isn't worth fixing than charge you to fix it.
I build AI into the work where it earns its place, and I use it to build faster. The result is the point, never the AI.
FAQ
Good questions before you book.
Do I need to know exactly what I want built?
No. Most people just know something feels too manual, too messy, or too slow. Figuring out what's actually worth fixing is my job, not yours. That's what the call is for.
What happens on the 15-minute call?
You walk me through the problem and how you run things now, and I'll tell you whether it's something I can help with. If it's not a fit, I'll say so in the first five minutes, no pitch.
Can you help if I already use Google Sheets, Zapier, GoHighLevel, or a CRM?
Yes, and that's usually the point. I start from what you already run. Most of the work is getting the tools you've already paid for to finally talk to each other, and take the manual work off your plate.
What if my problem is bigger than one workflow or spreadsheet?
That's usually one of two things. If the problem isn't fully clear yet, an Operations Once-Over is a focused, paid look that hands you a ranked plan to act on. If it's a whole connected rebuild, that's the Custom Operations System. Either way it starts with a real scoping conversation, not a guess, so bring it to the call and I'll help you figure out which one fits.
How do I pay, and what does it cost?
I use the call to understand the problem. Sometimes that takes a second, deeper conversation to really see what's going on. From there I send you a written proposal, and you only pay for what's scoped in it. You can start with one small piece and build from there as it proves out. Nothing's a surprise, and you're never committing to everything at once.
If something in your business is quietly eating your week, book a 15-minute call. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you that too.
